Add Getting Started manual and section outline ... fbcad5f3bc

Write the eight Getting Started pages (welcome, joining an
organization, signing in, sidebar & spaces tree, command palette,
home view, switching organizations) with screenshots from the
Wildwood demo organization, and add the seven remaining sections as
folders with an index.md listing their planned topics.

Files follow the openWiki Markdown archive import: a folder's
index.md becomes the section page, numeric prefixes set the order and
frontmatter titles name the pages.
